Hate to argue with you regarding the young Lou Gehrig scene, but you have to go with his words.......he refers to the cards
he is trading to play BB as...."white border Tobacco cards". So, forget what they looked like.

And, his age in that scene is really uncertain. He could have been 10 years old or 14. In any event, T206's just didn't vanish
by circa 1915. These cards were available for several years beyond when they were issued (1909-1911).
