peter chaoIn the lower grades, people are more concerned about the appearance of the card and the condition of other cards in their collection. There are many people who collect T206 in PSA 2 to PSA 4. So when a PSA 3 is auctioned, people are much more concerned with the appearance of the card and will be willing to pay more for a card that presents well. So it is quite possible that a nice PSA 2 will go for more than a PSA 3 that does not present well.
