as most good managers manage........doing the best you can for the benefit of the most people. You can't manage for the small minority of people who dislike you. That's counterproductive for the rest of the group and there will ALWAYS be something they don't like about you. 80% of the people (if not significantly more) are happy with the majority of the direction this board goes in.....

Emails fly both ways to firm up support for the opposition and for the management of the board. Cracks me up......

Ok....now Jim will bash me because I'm supporting Leon.....

Didn't see Entourage last night.....was busy watching Rescue Me rerun on FX.....plus trying to put an unruly 20 pound 17 month old to sleep....
