Even me? Gee thanks boss.

You will obviously run things the way you want but by taking such an outspoken position against grading and threatening to kick people off the board who disagree with you(Scott and Jay)you not only stifle opposing points of view but work against the constructive chage that this board can provide.

Other than that you do a simply wondeerful job.
