Your background means nothing to me and, in the context of the thread that it was provided in, was little more than unintelligible rambling. I chose not to provide my background to you because it would not have added in any way to the thread. As to your other question, the last time I checked this was a public forum that permitted any registered user to comment on any thread as they deemed appropriate. Since my comment above had nothing at all to do with you and was not directed toward you, kindly butt out.
