and the Red-Border E270's in set form......

I just sold a lot that included 7 Tin Tops and 20-25 Red Borders. From having tracked them for a long time on ebay, you see about 100 of the E254's for every 1-2 Red Border cards out there. You see WAY less Tin Tops. Not sure what the census of them would show but they are in conspicuously shorter supply than the Red Borders....
