the answer is NO - NOT IN VA! When cockfighting was legal in KY, until a few short years ago, I did gamble on the fights in that state. In fact, you might not want to hear this, but it is now becoming legal again in KY and the state is even taking income taxes out of any winnings at the fighting arenas - this started this year!
