davidcyclebackBacking up Richard, I read the original suit and it was over condition not the authenticity of the autographs. I didn't know why PSA/DNA was named in the suit (beyond legal formality), as they didn't grade the lot but offered the opinion on the autographs authenticity. Beyond that I had no opinion on the validity of the suit, as I wasn't knowledgeable about the extent of condition problems.
I know of cases where Mastro has agreed they made a catalog description error and politely allowed return/refund. So it is not a case where Mastro has a track record of never giving refund no matter what the complaint.
