barrysloateOne question I've always had, and this relates to what Peter S. said, is suppose you bought a professionally graded card ten years ago for $100. Today that card is worth say $1000, but when you go to sell it you discover it was altered and never should have been holdered in the first place. So you now decide to press charges against the grading company.
Assuming you could win the case, would you only get back your $100 cost or would you be entitled to current market value? Or would you get your cost plus some modest interest?
