Dave FJim, Paul is right...I don't know that anybody is worried about your 1968 Topps in 9's or 10's. It you have 100 T206's in 8's or above...take ten....submit those to SGC in their current holders..I wouldn't bust them out, that would be stupid. But 10 of them...ask for the same "minimum" grade that they are in PSA holders....see out of the 10 what comes back as what....this talk of 25,000 cards having to be converted is just crazy.
