You don't need a sonic welder to reseal a slab and you don't need to make a fake flip. I'd say more but it would freak everyone out more than they already are.
If you were to make a new slab it would need to include the PSA logo. At the bottom right of each slab is a clear color raised PSA logo built in as a deterrent against fabricating a fake slab.
