Joe_G.Jim, that price might be a bit on the high side. Most N173s are very scarce, I'd say every 3rd one to market (from outside the hobby) is an unchecklisted N173 pose. The average cabinet price in decent condition is around $1000 - $1500. This based on prices realized on eBay and the many NY beauties that went for a great price in Mastro. Now if it's a colored mount or Dog Heads example, than multiply a couple times.
FWIW, I have no interest in the cabinet. My advice to Nancy would be to auction it.
