As a non partisan, I've noticed Mastro recently having more SGC graded modern cards-- ala 1950s-60s. They've always had SGC Pre-War cards.

I think the majority of PSA collectors consider SGC reputable. In fact, I think most PSA collectors prefer there to be able competition to PSA. They advocate PSA, but don't believe to be in their interest for PSA to be a monopoly.
