You may register for free and should receive a catalog to the collector auctions. If you want to bid in the premier auctions and receive a catalog, you need to pay the $75 unless it is still being offered free. I signed up prior to the last premier auction and rec'd the free deal and a catalog.

As noted above, the catalogs for this auction have already been mailed. Therefore, you may have to call mastro or email them and ask if they can still send you a catalog and dvd.
