EricSprint is stupid like that. Detailed bills only show "Incoming" and not the number that called, as Dan stated. Was the number restricted when they called you on your phone?
On my phone, I have a call log button. I can see every call placed and received, since I've owned the phone. I never delete the call log. I have over 2 years of numbers now, going all the way back to 1/10/05. My phone is a Treo 650 though, so there is no limit on history.
Sprint is junk, and as soon as my contract is up I'm leaving them. Customer service is a joke. They've gone completely down hill since their merger with Nextel. And when you threaten to leave, they say "Go ahead", knowing that if we cancel, it will cost us $600 in early termination fees. They are ars-holes
