Marc S.but they are still very high compared to historic standards. I think a lot of the run-up was the desire of a dozen or so individuals to try and complete an EX or better set, and sometimes as the upgrades came in, there was more that they had to sell. And definitely T-206 is one of those sets that seems to get ever-increasing number of cards graded. A fairly significant number of raw sets have been graded out over the past few years, leading to spikes in VG/EX - EX/MT material available for most commons.
But I think the historic context is still pretty strong. It was only a few years ago that a MINT 9 from the set would go for $1,000, give or take.
