Is it just me or are the mid-grades (PSA 4-6's) falling off in prices?

Many of the PSA 4's now seem will go for $40-45...5's will go for under $100 regularly, and 6's will go for under $200 quite often. Seems like last year at this time that wasn't the case, that 4's were consistantly going for $60+, 5's closer to $120-125 and 6's $225-$250.

Am I wrong? Anybody have any idea why? Just the time of the year or are more people focusing on low grades and high grades?
