I agree with Barry completely. He or she who puts in a larger amount wins regardless if they put it in with 3 days to go or the last second.

Adam - Part of the enjoyment of this hobby is bidding manually. If that wasn't the case, many collectors wouldn't bother with auctions... I guess like negotiating on a price with a dealer at a show.
