Just staying within a budget is a tough job! Going for the lesser condition. Good eye appeal I guess..I cant meet the prices being set in recent years for pre-war stuff.
People with kick ass collections bought much of it when it was cheap or somewhat affordable..Or..You have a comfortable budget for spending and you really have no problem with expanding prices..This hobby got real tough.
