Brian McQueenI've always been interested in both of these sets ever since I started collecting. I was drawn to them initially because they seemed challenging, yet they are not large sets so I felt that I wouldn't get bored collecting them.
I've completed both sets twice each. The e90-3 set is possibly my favorite set after the e103s (I cheated and voted for both in the poll!). I've always enjoyed the e90-3s because for some reason, I really enjoy chasing the toughies in the set and those printing variations are really cool too. Rob and I were collecting this set at one point at the exact same time and that made it all the more fun.
The first time I went after it, Blackbourne, Payne and Brown were the final three cards I needed before finishing. The second time around, it was Payne holding out as the final card. At that time, Rob, I remember you needed a Payne as well to complete your set.
There are certain cards I always had an easy time finding for some reason. Archer and Smith, two cards known for their toughness, always seemed really easy for some reason.
Pictured below are a few of my favorites and a few cards I have listed in BST currently.
