I have won a few of Jeff's auctions...always very courteous and professional. With that said I hope that I did not pay inflated prices. I do recall his eBay account being suspended about 8 months ago (I was watching some of his items and received the notification from eBay). I really didn't think much of it due to his excellent feedback.
