I agree wholeheartedly with Dan on this one. (Not to imply that I have ever disagreed with him on anything else )

Those of you who have spent money for the book and don't plan on making it a permanent part of your collection you should put it on the BST once you are finished. In this way we may minimize the rewards to the author.
