J LevineSteve also emailed me as well. I was honestly shocked he did and strangely happy as well. Steve did explain some things to me and I sent him a response on some of our past problems. I do hope that we can work things out and if his customer service improves I will be the first to eat crow. I also want to make clear that I did order something from Steve a few months back (before the Goudey issue) and was extremely surprised that he sold it to me in the first place and very satisfied with the transaction.
