I live in Columbus (and work at The Dispatch, as a matter of fact) and see these quite often at antique shows, shops, etc. The one that Steve posted is the only one I've seen that's baseball related. If these were at all rare, I'd have already snooped around old storage closets, looking for a few unopen cases. But they're not, so I haven't.
