Bob CI have done a few BST deals with Jorge and he also won one of my eBay auctions. He has always paid very slowly, but he always paid and responded to all emails. IMHO communication is the key. I was willing to wait for payment, sometime as long as several months, because of this. I realize not all are similarly patient (or are able to be patient), but when I saw this I felt the need to share my experiences with him.
Lastly, I believe he is a working single parent with limited discretionary funds at least for his collecting proclivities. I realize that is not a valid excuse, but having been recently taken advantage of for a small amount of money by a very wealthy board member (see Everything Else in BST), I feel character matters and Jorge has it.
