Don is one of the great guys in the hobby, and very knowledgeable about cards. He already knows he made a mistake, and instead of keeping it to himself (which I would probably have done out of embarrassment), he has publicized it, like the good citizen he is, to get the word out on this seller, and on this type of scam, and maybe get some advice about recovering his money.

Then some of you know-it-alls kick him around for not realizing the card was an "obvious" fake? Not classy behavior, if you ask me. Try imagining yourself in his position and reread your posts in this thread-- how do you think they would make you feel?
