Well we all know people buy the card not the grade - right? That cheap shot aside (sorry) I'm sure anyone that has a graded card that isn't a 10 thinks it might be a higher grade then shown. They are probably right in some limited cases. Beckett recently - very openly - suggested those with in a half a grade of the next one up resubmit their cards for another look. It made a lot of modern BGS holders quite upset and they've been kind of quiet about it sense.

Then we have that issue hashed out here some weeks back about PSA reslabbing cards for one of the auction houses \ sellers so the same card could go up with a new serial number. I can't imagine they didn't ask for a regrade in hopes of a bump on some of them?
