Leon,

At one time the patients ran the asylum here, but I for one see that slipping away. This RULE change is profound and should be open for discussion. Too dictatorial and abrupt -in my eyse. At jeopardy is the openness of the mbrship. I believe this could be an inflamatory change. Do you see that possibility? Steve F
