AnonymousMark the Darby card is a well known instance of restoration. It couldnt be sold to anyone without the buyer knowing it was restored. Seeing as how its like the only example of that card that exists, I dont think the owner would have trouble finding it a new home! What I wonder is how much the cost was to have the restoration done... 60 hours of work, thats quite a job. I wonder if collectors will pay much of a premium for it in its altered state or would just assume have it falling apart but in an sgc slab?
