Having watched it sell since the Halper auction, I've always been surprised it didn't sell for more. $80,000 or whatever for a single Wagner isn't much these days. Also, realize this is the only known Wagner proof and it evidently belonged to Wagner. So I don't think it's a stretch for someone to claim it's been undervalued.
