My as a general rule guess is that dealers wouldn't shill in other dealers' auctions. Most dealers are competitive and don't want competing dealers to receive higher prices than they do, whether the pricers are real or imaginary. It would be like asking a home run hitter to help pad the the home run totals of a competitor.
