DO they check their e-mails? I have gotten GREAT service over the phone, but as I am at work right now I can't exactly get on my phone and start chatting.

I have written them a few e-mails in the past and once recently and have NEVER received a response. Maybe I have the wrong address? Is there someone directly I should e-mail? I always use the link which I think is info@sgccard.com or something like that - someone specific I should get in contact with? I had a question about registry specials and have a pile of raw cards i want graded...
