Now you are defending a list of top hitters that (rightly) ranks Jackson near the top but omits Ruth?
This list ONLY makes sense if the only thing one cares about is batting average, to the exclusion of all other measures of what makes a hitter great. And anyone who cares only about batting average, I submit, has no understanding of baseball.
