If you send it in the CSA holder, PSA probably won't even bother to try and grade it. PSA is finicky and biased toward ASA and CSA. I believe PSA graders lurk here also, so it might not get graded anyway if the person handling your submission reads this thread.
That said, your card should grade PSA 5.

Dave, every card I ever sent PSA from ASA and CSA graded favorably, but I always busted them out of the slabs before sending.
