Bruce BabcockDan, the O'Day is an 1888 M117 Sporting Times card. 27 subjects are known. Some of the drawings are based on N172 photos though the Anson is based on his N28 pose. The O'Day card was a part of one of the lots in the Halper auction. The cards are 7.25" x 4.5". The Old Cardboard site has a scan of the Anson. These card were distributed with copies of the NY Sporting Times, a weekly newspaper. Tough cards to find! I've never seen one on ebay and can't recall seeing one at the National last summer.
