To follow-up on your observation of how heavily favored the NY Giants player's are in the T206 set.

From these numbers, I gather that the T206 designers regarded the Giant's as "America's favorite" team
during those years ?
Or, was it just a matter of convenience and hometown favoritism, since this set was produced in NY city ?
