Jason Lchange the $ numbers to whatever works, but the Pop reports should be sold separately:
1) Grading company charges $100 annual subscription for access to their pop report.
2) For that $100, the customer gets pop report data, and a 20%-per-card discount on grading for every flip that he turns in (doesn't matter what company it was from).
I would think that if all the grading companies did this, the returned flip information could all be shared, entered into the appropriate databases, and used to achieve greater pop report accuracy.
This incentivizes the companies to provide a better service(more recurring subscription revenue), and the customers to contribute (grading discounts) and fess up to their private cracking.
Attention Grading companies: Look at it this way too...this type of program would provide an even greater, more detailed look into the behavior of your customers and allow you to better customize & target your offerings, mailings, etc...
There is ALOT more info to be had for everyone with this sort of program.
With info, comes the $$$
probably in ways that we don't even see yet!!!
