Judge Dred (Fred)Ok, last chance. Does he have another ebay name or is the one with only a 1 feedback the only ebay handle. I may be able to shed some light here. I'm guessing this is someone I dealt with in the past and it wasn't pleasant. He's in about the same area as this person. My guess is that it's the same residence or he's moved to that area in the last year or two. The name sounds about right. If this guy sells currency and other things like that then this could be the same person.
