Brian- to respond further I will tell you I have never done a nickel of business with Memory Lane, and must confess I didn't even know who J.P. Cohen was until I read the article posted on this site and went through the thread. So I am dealing here exclusively with first impressions. I do not have access to any facts, and I don't plan to convict him of any crimes. But we all make first impressions, and mine is: I don't like what little I know about him. If even a fraction of that article is true, he sounds like a real scumbag, and I don't think he and I will be getting together for a beer anytime soon.

So I will repeat my question in that context: Despite whatever positive experiences you have had with him, do you feel any differently after reading that article? Do you think everything in it is false, and that he is in fact an eagle scout? Might at least some or most of it be true?
