Thanks to Max I now know that Joe Torre & I will both be 67 on July 18th!

Originally from WNY state, spent 22 yrs in the South and ended up here in Providence RI in 1980.

Am retired w/ a lovely wife & a 16 yr old daughter.

Now spend alot of time on EBay selling part of my boyhood collection rather than adding to it, unlike most of you! Grew up in the '50s so the heart of my collection is those early Topps & Bowman sets--both Sport & NS.

Grew up a diehard Yankee & Mantle fan, but after 27 yrs in NE I am now a turncoat diehard Red Sox loyalist!

Who said an old leopard can't change his spots?
