I was able to show the condo twice yesterday, but it doesn't look like either will be biting. If anything, I think I can get 3% more than what I paid, and use a buyer's agent to cover the paperwork.

Thanks to all those who have helped me and provided a lot of insights and suggestions. I've really appreciated it.
