steve yawitzI don't know if this card counts since it's not graded - and I'm not even sure if it would grade because of the tape remnants/residue - but it's probably my best example of damage on the reverse actually being responsible for a well-preserved obverse:
As far as slabbed cards go, I busted this one out of an SGC 20 holder:
And this one's still in a PSA 2 slab. Even without the paper loss on back, it would probably still be a 2 - possibly a weak 3 - because of the crease on front, but I think it's a great-looking card for the grade:
