CatI haven't called regarding this situation. It was reported before that they had some system problems which was forcing them to send e-mails one-by-one. That has probably occupied their time to a large extent. The lady I have talked to has always been very gracious and well versed in customer service. When I call and ask a question, she has asked me: "Do you need Bill to call you?" Clearly offering whatever help I may need.
