guys, just got back from the Borders at Madison Square Garden (a few blocks from my apartment)...

they had a huge selection, but unfortunetly, not too many of the books you guys suggested...

i ended up getting:

-The Luckiest Man: Lou Gehrig
-Big Bam: Babe Ruth
-America As Baseball: National Geographic & Baseball Hall of Fame


thanks to all for your recommendations, i will continue to look for them.
