Default would you pay this much for re-prints

I cringe when I see people putting this crap up for sale. There are a lot of people that just don't know better or don't quite understand that the words "Item sold as is, no returns" usually is synonymous with REPRINT.

In this case the seller is very misleading by using the following terms to describe the piece (and nowhere using the word reprint):


  • There are 18 cards in the display. Most of which look to be in very good condition.
  • Some have fold marks.
  • I'm not sure of the age, but some of the paper backing was torn off revealing a news paper dated Feb. 7 1918.


The red flags are:

  • This is an odd item I picked up at a local auction.
  • Item sold as is, no returns


At least the seller didn't mention it was from an old suit case in his grand fathers attic...
