I go to the dock during the winter and get it pretty much off the boat.

Tried to walk along the ocean the other day, it was about 4 degrees, the sand was frozen, as was I within 30 seconds.

I used to manage Bouley, back in its original location, when it was BOULEY. Can get you a real good table, if you've got a time machine around...
