Why the do you feel so committed to protecting the seller in this situation? Are you that convinced the grading companies are infallible experts? If Lew Lipset said it was an E90-1, I'd have to believe him. But PSA and SGC-- no way in heck.

Also, if I were selling something that knowledgeable people felt might not be what it was claimed to be, I would want to know that– even if it cost me some bucks. The point is that the bucks might not be fairly acquired.
