DITTO....to your speculation on what could have been....in the Fall of '86.

My respect for Seaver diminished considerably during the 1986 World Series.
He was being payed by the Red Sox to pitch and I never bought the excuse
that he was so disabled and wasn't available for the WS vs the Mets.

Question.....do you recall if he pitched in the Playoff series ?
