Default Any idea on how many M116's survived?

I was thinking, which can be dangerous, about the T206 Wagner and how many are estimated to exist. I then thought about other issues and how they compare. I realize the T206 Wagner has much more going for it other than rarity because there are other issues with far less available and nowhere near the price. But the pops on M116's have always seemed fairly low.

If PSA has graded 34 Wagner's (Pastel) and SGC has graded 21, then how many "raw" examples can be expected to be out there? Is doubling, or tripling the sum of the graded examples sufficient? I realize population reports can be way off due to crossing from one holder to the other as well as resubs for bumps. But what is a good estimate for how many exist? Tripling the pop numbers would yield 165 pastel copies which seems pretty low, at least to me. The blue background should be even less. Any other ideas?
