B.C.D.I receive bogus "second chance" offering s all th e time prior to auctions closing. somply put,the idiots who send them don't even look at the closing times or date.Just as dumb are those who send you a notice three minutes after an auction ends offering you a card for your "bookmark" bid of $200.00 when the card sold for $3587.87. I usually write back asking if they will take $125 and to provide a name and address to report them.
